- Responsible to assess and pay the outpatient and inpatient hospitalization claims.
- Responsible to review and pay cases that exceed authority limit.
- Meet department and individual quality target, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
- Ensure all special account policy is attended and resolved within the agreed timeline.
- Communicate closely with 24/7 contact centre and ensure emails are responded timely.
- Assisting team members within the team as and when required.
- Assist on general administration and any special allocated tasks as and when required.
- Seek to understand rationale with facts for better claims analysis.
- Education: Degree in Bioscience, Medical Science, Nursing related field of study.
- Language: Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin
- and follow respective country's requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years working experience as Claims Assessor in Insurance Industry, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Powerpoint).
- Self-motivated and customer orientated.
- Sound problem solving.
- Time management skills.
- Able to commit for long working hour including weekend and public holiday.
