Description
Job Description• Write test plans, scenarios and scripts based on software requirements. Define acceptance criteria.
• Investigate and resolve software problems in conjunction with other technical personnel.
• Monitor defect log including validation of defect, assignment to developer, coordination of questions.
• with users, and validation of fixed code.
• Assist with preparing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Contributes to user documents including help files, user guides, and quick tips.
• Participates in AGILE team meetings.
