    Description

    Job Scope:

    1. Create visually appealing designs, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, posters, and digital media assets.
    2. Interpret project briefs and requirements to develop concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate the intended message or brand identity.
    3. Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to conceptualize and produce high-quality visual content.
    4. Collaborate with internal teams or clients to understand their needs and objectives, incorporating feedback and revisions into design concepts.
    5. Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure designs are innovative, engaging, and aligned with current industry standards.
    6. Maintain consistency in branding and visual identity across all design materials, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in a creative agency, design studio, or in-house marketing department.
    2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
    3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums, demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
    4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
    5. Ability to interpret project briefs and conceptualize ideas into visually compelling designs that meet client or brand objectives.
    6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
