- Check employee details from myHR and seek approval from IR Manager ( for disciplinary part) and HR Ops manager before reply to third party
- Submission of Employee Verification within the timeline
- Save related document in respective employee document in myHR or sharepoint folder for resignees
- Assist in issuance of staff movement letter such as transfer, resignation salary review, counter offer, addendum letters etc
- Email approved letters to HRBP
- Save related document in respective employee document in myHR
- Monitor Confirmation progress in myHR
- Notify HRBP on delay submission/approval
- Prepare Confirmation Letter & seek approval from the authorized signatory
- Send Confirmation Letter to staff via email
- Save related document in respective employee document in myHR

2. Assist HR Ops on employee movement letters
3. Assist HR Ops on employee confirmation process
4. Participate in other HR Division Projects/initiative from time to time
