    Description

    The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their expertise for marketing design and photography. This candidate will have had experience in working with numerous design platforms in both digital and print forms.

    Responsibilities

    • Possess a high level of creativity and understanding of visual communications principles
    • Create compelling and effective marketing collaterals, logos, and designs in print and digital media formats
    • Proactive and stay updated on current industry standards, technology, social media and market trends
    • Serve as official photographer for all hotel events and to support photography for other department when needed
    • Communicate effectively, adapt and align design concepts with branding and marketing objectives
    • Facilitate cross-department communication and ensure effective execution of photography sessions and deliverables for designs
    • Work together with the Marketing Communications Manager or Director of Revenue & Marketing for Marketing materials and designs
    • Collaborate with the team on all design requirements and to ensure consistency of brand image across various media outlets

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
    • Proficiency in design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite
    • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, photographer and design skills
    • Portfolio of work
    • A minimum of 2 years proven experience in the field of graphic design is required
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to guide and mentor junior designers
    • Previous experience in marketing or related industries is considered a bonus
