- Assist in preparing full set of account.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation filling.
- Maintain and update customers and suppliers' data base, process all billings.
- Upkeep and maintain accounting records of general and subsidiary ledger, account receivables and payable, revenue and operating expenses.
- Responsible for stock and inventory management.
- Communicate with customers / suppliers to settle disputes or irregularities on invoices and payment.
- Other job duties assign by superior. Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Required skill(s): SAP, MS Excel.
- Required language(s): Chinese & English.
- Knowledge of GST will be added advantage.
- Possess own transport.
