Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the activities of F&B staff, including servers, cooks, kitchen assistants, and other personnel. This includes assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and providing training and guidance to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality Control: Monitoring food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Conducting regular inspections of food preparation areas, dining areas, and equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Ordering stock as needed, monitoring inventory turnover, and minimizing wastage to control costs and optimize profitability.

Menu Planning and Pricing: Assisting with menu development, including selecting dishes, determining portion sizes, and pricing items appropriately. Monitoring menu popularity and customer feedback to make informed decisions about menu offerings.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. Implementing and enforcing proper sanitation practices, food handling procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

Financial Management: Assisting with budgeting and cost control measures to achieve financial objectives. Monitoring expenses, revenue, and profit margins, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability.

Staff Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for F&B staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement to promote staff growth and motivation.

Shift Management: Overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures, staff assignments, and coordination of activities to ensure smooth transitions and efficient workflow.

Communication and Coordination: Maintaining effective communication with management, staff, suppliers, and customers. Coordinating with other departments or external partners as needed to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.


Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
