Job Description:

• Responsible for the incident management process, which involves logging of the incident into HP Service Manager, incident escalation, initial troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Perform technical troubleshooting in accordance to established troubleshooting procedures.
• Promptly communicate incident status and update respective parties.
• Respond and remediate in a timely manner in relation to any service outages with minimal guidance.
• Assist in other operational tasks as requested.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in network infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in network infrastructure, specifically withF5, Bluecoat Proxy, Cisco, Huawei and others Network products.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the banking industry, with a good understanding of banking network requirements and regulations.
• Valid Cisco CCNP certification (valid from is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex network issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
