- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow revenue for the e-commerce platform.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring that IT is optimized for search engines, user-friendly, and up-to-date with relevant content.
- Manage social media channels, creating engaging content, and monitoring
- customer feedback and interactions.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, to drive targeted traffic to the e-commerce platform.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as product development, customer service, and sales, to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Able to speak in English, Mandarin (Compulsory), Bahasa Malaysia
- Min possess SPM or higher education level
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on e-commerce
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions
- Creative skills to develop engaging content and campaigns
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking to develop long-term plans and identify new opportunities
- Project management skills to manage multiple projects.
