Description

• Conduct diagnosis and analysis of malfunctioned watches to identify root cause of defect
• Provide repair cost estimates upon assessment
• Work with Customer Service for quotation / status / follow-ups
• Perform repair and service work in an efficient manner within a reasonable timeframe
• Proficient in servicing Swiss movements (Quartz, Automatic Cal 2824, 2688, 2000, 7750, 2892 etc)
• Servicing/repair for major brands such as Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Panerai, etc.

• Experience in watch repair and servicing
• Fluency in English & Mandarin/Cantonese
• SPM/Diploma or Certificate in Competency in Watch Repair
• Good eye coordination for working with delicate watch parts and precision tools
• Strong interest in watches
• Attention to detail and meticulous workmanship
• Willing to learn attitude
• Diligent, good work ethic and can work in a team/group environment
