Attend to enquiries from existing and potential customers.
Report to the management on any unresolved issue encountered by customers. Liaise with web developer on any glitch or update or development on the website or backend system.

Able to speak and write in Malay, English and Mandarin.
Computer literate and have basic knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel.
Self-disciplined and can work independently; Passionate in customer service.
