    Job Responsibilities

    Be a recruitment specialist in sourcing and providing the appropriate talent profile for current job openings and identify future talents needs and proactively sourcing and recruiting for future business expansion. Your roles in this respect shall be guided by and not limiting to the following:

  • To manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessment, interviews, offers, counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment and on-boarding process
  • To use social media, job boards, internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidates for job openings and future talent needs
  • To promote internal employee referral program by encouraging internal employees to refer friends to the organization
  • To participate in recruitment events both public and in-campus.
  • To ensure that the internal service level agreement is met at all times.
  • Be a Liaison Officer in managing and coordinating the recruitment activities with the assigned internal stakeholders, external business partners and universities within the budget allocated. Your roles in this respect shall be guided by and not limiting to the following;

  • To work with HR Business Partner and line managers in identifying talent needs both short-term and long-term and develop/maintain the talent pool for business expansion;
  • To work with assigned job boards to maximize the return of investment i.e. talent / pipeline pool, enhance market visibility.
  • Be the Custodian of assigned recruitment related policies, procedures and process or any subject matter experts in recruitment areas.
  • Manage / Assist in Ad-Hoc Projects / Bank's Events.
  • Be a Team player and ensure good teamwork within and outside the division.
  • Be a Champion in Own Learning. In this, it'll be your responsibility to seek understanding of your roles, continuously update yourself on the developments in the Bank and/or any current issues locally and internationally
  • Any other related roles relating to HR resourcing.
  • Job Requirements

  • Have 4 - 8 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in volume hiring is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong Stakeholder management including senior management.
  • Preferably those with banking knowledge
