Open Position: Pricing Manager, Insurance (MNC Company)

An MNC Insurance Company is currently hiring for Pricing Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop pricing strategy across various product lines to position the products based on values and competitive situations
  
• Develop, lead and manage the pricing process for the organisation while ensuring compliance by controlling the exemption process
  
• Develop pricing tools, embed pricing processes and building long-term product roadmaps within operations to align with business objectives and goals
  
• Perform business analysis, market analysis with good understanding pricing models in the market
  
• Participate in product setup, system enhancement and involved in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the pricing systems
  
• Offering good quality products to the respective business channels as well as implementing new products and product improvements
  
• Develop and review all policies and frameworks for the pricing products and ensure compliance of the product development process
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working in a team-based environment
