    Job Description

    This successful CFO must be a senior leader who is a change agent and driver of innovation, willing to challenge the status quo from an operational and team perspective.

    Financial Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business's objectives.
    • Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team, offering insights on key financial decisions.
    Financial Management:
    • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and compliance with relevant regulations.
    Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and interests.
    • Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard company's financial stability.
    Investor Relations:
    • Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
    • Communicate the company's financial performance and growth strategies to stakeholders.
    Mergers and Acquisitions:
    • Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions.
    • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making in M&A activities.
    Team Leadership:
    • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
    • Mentor and develop finance professionals to support their career growth.
    • Successful track record in managing organizational change, particularly in the context of business model transitions.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and navigate through change, ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
    • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role
    • Preferably working exposure in MNC companies with a focus on healthcare sector
    • Strong financial acumen and a track record of successful financial strategy development and execution
    • Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
    • M&A and Private Equity experience and knowledge required
    • Effective at driving outcomes and change, even without direct authority
    • Strategic, critical, and innovative thinker; able to prioritize and use sound judgment and decision-making
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, and innovative company and knowledge to deliver a great people experience in this environment
