    Description

    Job Description:

    • Manage the day to day operations within the sorting center using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement
    • Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced
    • Dispute resolution within and outside the team
    • Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
    • Continuously improve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
    • Improve internal process between the sorting center and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve Service Level Agreement (SLA)

    Requirements:

    • More than 10 years experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, courier services industry or similar capacity
    • Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with your team responsibility
    • Proven analytical skills and operational management skills
    • Attention to detail in Productivity Management
    • Good Verbal and Written communication skills in Local Language and English
    • Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment
    • Able to commit to rotating shifts, which may include nights and weekends, depending on the agreed schedule with the team
    • Working location : Perak (Lahat), Selangor (Westport), Pahang (Gambang)
