- Manage the day to day operations within the sorting center using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement
- Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced
- Dispute resolution within and outside the team
- Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
- Continuously improve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Improve internal process between the sorting center and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- More than 10 years experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, courier services industry or similar capacity
- Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with your team responsibility
- Proven analytical skills and operational management skills
- Attention to detail in Productivity Management
- Good Verbal and Written communication skills in Local Language and English
- Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, which may include nights and weekends, depending on the agreed schedule with the team
- Working location : Perak (Lahat), Selangor (Westport), Pahang (Gambang)
