    Job Description

    Direct Search Global is working with an international maritime company to fill the role of Manager, Environment & People Performance based in their Selangor office.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Formulate and execute strategies to fortify company culture in line with organizational values and objectives.
    • Develop and advocate programs aimed at augmenting employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
    • Assess and evaluate cultural initiatives, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing necessary adjustments.
    • Spearhead and facilitate change management endeavors to ensure seamless transitions during organizational shifts and transformations.
    • Develop comprehensive change management plans encompassing communication strategies, training initiatives, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
    • Identify and address anticipated risks and obstacles associated with change initiatives.
    • Devise and implement programs to elevate overall employee engagement and well-being.
    • Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to gauge employee engagement levels and identify opportunities for enhancement.
    • Collaborate with departmental managers to craft and execute action plans geared towards enhancing employee engagement.
    • Create and implement strategies to nurture diversity and inclusion across the organization.
    • Establish policies and initiatives fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum years of relevant experience in human resources.
    • Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and strong business acumen.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science, or equivalent.
