Open Position: Business Analyst, Functional (Telecommunication Service Provider)

A Telecommunication Service Provider is currently hiring for Business Analyst to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• More than 5 years working experience as Business Analyst working closely with local and regional stakeholders
  
• Good experience in technical business analysis, gathering business requirements and translate into functional specification to develop IT solutions to the Telecommunication corporate clients
  
• Passionate in the latest technology relate to Business Analytics, Software, Entertainment, Telecommunication and consistently exploring new ways to bring in the latest innovations and digital-based transformation into the client's business and operations
  
• Good experience in design, development, testing and deployment of new reporting structure, workflow and updates to the management team
  
• Strong ability to analyse complex business processes with good conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
  
• Good communication and presentation skills to lead both functional and technical discussions as well as providing training whenever required
  
• A team player with strong communication and presentation skills
