- Incorporation or registration of new Sdn.Bhd. Companies and other entities
- Drafting of Director / Members' resolution
- Drafting of Annual General Meeting (AGM) / Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) documents
- Maintenance of registers and corporate secretarial documents
- To lodge annual returns and other matters with SSM and any other government agencies, as and when required
- Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and documentation
- Advising clients on various corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in corporate secretary is preferred
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
