The Business Planning & Transformation Manager is responsible for understanding and capture existing working process and policy. This includes developing and work with department person in charge to develop operation manual and policy. This also include to identify business gap & business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of respective department current way of working and ensure follow through with any changes made and measure impact to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive business transformation strategies that align with organization's goal and objectives.
• Identify the business gap & business opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and facilitate change management efforts by ensuring all department users engaged and informed.
• Plan and oversea the execution of projects, settings goal, allocating resources and managing timeline.
• Maintain details records, reports and documentation related to the changes & projects and respective KPI.
• Conduct periodic review with the reporting manager to foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging stakeholder's feedback.

Requirement:

• The candidate should possess at least Bachelor's degree in any field or its equivalent.
• Proven experience in business transformation, change management, project management, or process improvement with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
• Any Project Management Certificate would be a plus.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to multi-tasking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with data driven decision making.
