Min 2 years experience in leading a QA team. Skills: Familiar with rapid software development and Agile methodology Strong knowledge in software testing principles. Core competency in using Selenium, Katalon. Strong understanding of business requirements and user expectation

Roles & Responsibilities

Work with Scrum teams to complete root cause analysis and corrective action plans to ensure higher quality test coverage throughout the development and UAT development life cycles
• Posses the ability to work in a fast paced environment that supports production and maintenance level changes with various teams and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the quality, reliability, performance and usability of the softwaredeliverables.
• Communicate with project manager and business analysts to understand softwarerequirements to test plan.
• Define and design functional & non-functional test cases and test procedures forsoftware deliverables inclusive of UI based and non-UI based (API calls etc)deliverables.
• Execute testing and provide feedback in forms of test result, discrepancy with theexpectation and usability experience to the team leader and designated engineer.
• Provide automation testing on repetitive testing subjects and load testing for criticalsoftware components.
• Continuous improvement and optimization of test automation scripts with objectives toimprove the overall software quality, improving efficiency and effectiveness for testingprocesses.
