    Responsible for managing digital ecosystems through strategic marketing campaigns. Primarily, the role to uplift the brand equity in the market yet aligning with the corporate brand direction and identity as well as meeting the KPI's as set for the organization in the Digital, Brand and Marketing department.

    Customer Nurturing, Lead Management and Acquisition

  • Assist in strategizing, planning and optimising leads generation campaigns to maximise leads generation efforts across various digital marketing channels. This includes:
  • Facilitating thedevelopment of leads generation campaigns from various initiatives that will feed into a central lead management system
  • Monitoring and measuring performance marketing results from top to bottom of the funnel, ensuring the best outcome is reaped within available resources and with challenges presented.
  • Ensuring leads are funneled to data team accordingly and promptly and to continuously help improve conversion rate.
  • Digital Assets & Projects

  • Corporate Website:Search Engine Optimization - work with the team both internally and externally to oversee overall SEO strategy and implements with continuous optimization efforts, which includes:Optimizing copy and landing pages Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunitiesResearching and implementing content recommendations and best practices for continuous organic SEO success.
  • Digital Projects:Responsible for overall Go-To-Market planning and execution for any digital led projects/partnerships Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments Execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Pulse and PruIman

  • Member of Pulse MY Go-to-Market workstream overseeing all marketing and communication is in line with the brand
  • Adherence to Pulse branding and CI (including One Pulse)
  • UI/UX for Pulse app
  • Develop and manage the GTM campaigns and promotional initiatives for Malaysia in getting downloads, leads and engagement
  • Assisting and reviewing ENG/BM translations
  • Supporting partnership and cross market initiatives (i.e. BSN, PRU-Shariah Eco-System)
  • Linking all local initiatives to Pulse as a promotional mean/platform
