    Overview:

    A Digital Marketing Specialist manages multiple digital marketing channels for our company. This person has experience in managing various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. The person is well-versed in developing, implementing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns and is able to demonstrate an understanding of how each channel works together to drive business goals.

    Responsibilities:
    • Setting up, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, social media, and display advertising.
    • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI / ROAS, increase leads and brand visibility.
    • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Lookerstudio to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
    • Implement conversion tracking and pixel tracking via Google Tag Manager to measure campaign effectiveness and ensure accurate attribution.
    • Stay updated on market trends and conduct regular research and surveys to gain insights into similar industries and competitors.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, highlighting key metrics and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams from product management, content, design, and technical, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives, develop and present effective marketing strategies across multiple channels.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum four years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing multiple marketing channels.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media, and display advertising.
    • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Remarketing, and other ad networks; to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

    Nice To Have
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
    • Facebook Blueprint certification or Google-specific qualifications are a plus.
    • Knowledge of automotive industry will be an advantage
