    Assistant Accountant's responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Perform and manage full spectrum of accounting functions
    • Ensure completeness of the sales order
    • Monthly invoice issuance to customer
    • Handle sales invoicing and settlement, bank reconciliation and all other month end reconciliation
    • Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliation
    • Maintain proper filing, accounting records, documents for internal control purpose
    • Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in compliance with policies and statutory requirements
    • Assist with annual audit preparations

    Requirements

    • Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Accounting
    • Minimum of 3-5 years' working experience in accounts receivables, exposure in Health & Technology industry or relevant will be an asset
    • Experience in listed companies is preferable
    • Experience in Microsoft D365 system is preferable; Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
    • Detailed-minded, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
    • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
    • A team player with good interpersonal skill, multi-tasking ability, communication skills (oral and written)
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant accountant
    • Immediate availability is highly preferred
