Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Diet sales consultant cum nutritionist. The roll will be responsible for providing nutritional counseling, creating meal plans (if needed), conducting nutrition education talks, and managing weight loss programs for customers. The Diet sales consultant cum nutritionist will also be responsible for coordinating and managing meal preparation with our chef to ensure that our meals are nutritional, healthy, and well-balanced.

Responsibilities

• Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
• Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.
• Provide personalized nutrition counselling to clients, tailoring suitable meal plan packages to their specific needs and goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' nutritional requirements, considering their medical history, lifestyle, and preferences.
• Attend and manage all product-related enquiries with new & existing customers in a polite manner and addressing promptly.
• Performing product training & demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Supporting and improving the development of new & existing products.
• Participate in various company marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibition health talks & other related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field
• Experience in providing nutritional counseling and creating meal plans.
• Knowledge of Weight Management principles and practices
• Experience in conducting nutrition education programs and classes.
• Interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and work collaboratively with our chef to create well-balanced meals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
