    Description
    In your new role you will:
    • Process daily Fixed Asset (FA) transactions and maintain asset registers in accordance with the IFRS GAAP and Local GAAP, accounting policies and procedures.
    • Follow up CIP (Capital in Progress –asset ready to use) status
    • Prepare FA reporting ie FA roll forward, Capex investment report, Depreciation forecast, Balance Sheet recon, Quality report and etc
    • Support fixed asset physical count once in 3 years
    • Provide supporting for internal and external auditor (Interim and Final)
    • Provide assistance/involvement in any projects which required FA input
    • Encourage on Fixed Asset process improvement via RPA or any digitalization
    You are best equipped for this task if you have:
    • Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Professional Accountingqualification.
    • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in Fixed Asset, Accounting or in related fields, preferably in shared service environment
    • Ability to work independently with good analytical skill and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage pressure and deliver results.
    • Strong in verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal skill
    • High integrity, pleasant personality with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
    • Proficient in both SAP / Oracle and Microsoft Office applications(Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
    • Proficient in Japanese language will be added advantage
