    About the Department

    The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

    Business Banking

    We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Drive Deposit and cash management business as planned including Initiate and organize ground marketing activities and awareness programme in the area
  • Responsible to grow existing deposit portfolio and review the cash management strategy of the portfolio under SME Banking
  • To assist in conducting presentation and provide consultation / proposal to potential clients in meeting their business and operational needs and to ensure minimal deposit loss and high customers' retention.
  • Initiate business tie up with business associates, corporate, developers, solicitors, valuers etc to achieve deposit and customer base growth.
  • Recruit and train all sales personnel in the area including forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirement in line with business strategy.
  • Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
