    Description

    We are looking for Deployment Specialist for 6 months- on year plus extendable contract for our Client in KL ,Malaysia.

    The work is onsite .Pls check the JD as given below,


    Description:

    Type of activities:

    operational (supporting with the completion of Service impact risk questionnaire, vendor due diligence activities, risk report(s) and its adequate mapping in risk inventory).


    Soft Skills required:
    detail oriented, diligent, customer oriented, analytical mind, good communication skill.

    • Mandatory skill: Basic vendor risk management experience required. Please provide proven track record on the matter in the CV
    Activities to be performed during the trial and deployment phase:

    Inherent Impact Questionnaire:
    Help to obtain necessary information to complete Impact Risk questionnaire. Where and when applicable, connect and follow up with internal clients.

    Due Diligence:
    Ensure timely completion of due diligence activities by following up on actions, with internal clients.

    Vendor Risk Report:
    Ensure the right level of information is provided for completion of Vendor Risk report by following up on actions with internal clients as applicable


    • Update VRM inventory for in scope data fields
    • Provide guidance to internal clients on vendor risk management practices and processes, educate and provide support to internal clients on JIRA intake form and new VRM tool, address potential questions that may arise regarding new VRM policy.

    Education:
    Diploma or degree in business administration, finance, procurement, risk management, or a related field.

    • Basic vendor risk management experience required.

    • Good command of English both written and spoken
    • Good communication skills.
