    Requirements:

    • Must hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineer or equivalent field.
    • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the construction sector.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite and 2D design software like AutoCAD.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversee local compliance checks on architectural drawings and construction methods for interior design projects.
    • Develop professional construction plans for interior design projects, handle technical documentation, and ensure on-site quality control.
    • Monitor monthly project progress of subcontractors.
    • Manage drawings and materials accounting, and prepare procurement strategies.
    • Conduct material inspections and data analysis.
    • Lead subcontractor teams and coordinate construction activities.
    • Ensure construction quality and process compliance.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues during construction.
    • Report any significant challenges in the field of interior design.
