    Nateskin, a leading brand in men's personal grooming, is hiring for a Senior Graphic Designer with a masterful command of the Adobe Creative Suite and a portfolio that turns heads. With at least 2-3 years of experience under your belt, you're ready to elevate our brand with your creative prowess.     Responsibilities

    As a Senior Graphic Designer, your role will be critical in defining and executing the visual direction of Nateskin. You'll be tasked with:

    • Leading Visual Initiatives: Spearhead the development of groundbreaking social media content, marketing materials, and digital campaigns that embody the essence of the Nateskin brand.
    • Advanced Design Projects: Take charge of creating sophisticated marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, flyers, and more, with a keen eye for design that engages and captivates our audience.
    • Innovative Email Campaigns: Design compelling email campaigns that not only stand out in inboxes but also drive engagement and conversions.
    • Ad Creation: Craft visually compelling ads that articulate our value proposition and convert viewers into loyal customers.
    • Strategic Design Leadership: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the design team.
    • Collaborative Excellence: Work in tandem with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presentation across all touchpoints.
    • Content Development: Lead the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of engaging social content. Work closely with our in-house photographers and video editors, ensuring outputs are engaging and align with the Nateskin brand.

    Requirements

    • Expert Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is non-negotiable.
    • Seasoned Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a graphic design role, preferably within the e-commerce or related industry.
    • Portfolio That Speaks Volumes: Your work demonstrates not just your skill, but your ability to innovate and engage audiences.
    • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and spoken English skills are essential for conveying ideas and collaborating effectively.
    • Creative Agility: A talent for infusing wit, humor, and fun into your designs, aligning with the Nateskin brand's vibrant spirit.

    Additional Skills (Nice to have, but not required):

    • Animation Expertise: Advanced knowledge of animation techniques to bring static visuals to life in a dynamic way.
    • Social Media Insight: A strong grasp of current social media trends and strategies for creating platform-specific content that resonates with our target audience.
