    Key Responsibilities:
    • To be responsible for the Rental Revenues for the portfolio under the Property Investment Division.
    • To assist the Head, Group Leasing and CEO, Property Investment closely on the transformation of Atria - plan and execute retail and leasing strategies so as to ensure the trade and tenancy mix which will maximize the Rental Revenues for Atria as well as other Assets under Property Investment portfolio i.e. Faber Towers (retail) and Plaza (retail); To open You City successfully with the required Occupancy Rate
    • To assist in the planning of a ten-year rent roll for each asset and forecast for the next ten years.
    • To monitor the tenancy list and follow up on renewal and negotiation with current tenants promptly.
    • To plan an action plan which will ensure the yield and occupancy rate for each asset are achieved as per KPI.
    • To identify, communicate and negotiate effectively with tenants and prospective retailers.
    • To be responsible for managing leasing approval processes, leasing documentations (Approval Memos, Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreement) and ensure that they are followed up with standard accuracy by the leasing team.
    • To assist and prepare Management reports i.e. MLMC, MCM and EXCO reports, leasing progress reports and correspondences with retailers.
    • To be responsible for managing the leasing and tenancy admin teams. To ensure weekly leasing meetings are conducted and follow up closely with all cases.
    • To ensure Tenant Relationship Management is actively followed.
    • To work together with other team members, especially Marketing, in maximizing tenants' sales and Credit Control in ensuring collections are done in a timely manner. Coordinate with Fit Out team to ensure timely handover and completion of fitout. Communicate and manage tenants with such issues to achieve best results.
    • To be able to conduct feasibility studies of retail projects or retailers/ prospects for the spaces under discussion to enable decision making.
    • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Diploma / Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience.
    • English, Bahasa Malaysia
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
    • Nil
    • Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
