    Job Description

  • Report to immediate superior.
  • File incoming control document and maintain the documents in Product Development Department
  • Control the distribution of document to other department and section
  • Maintain periodic report and database for proper filing and record
  • Create the ICR/EDCN and conduct cross functional briefing meeting
  • Coordinate with relevant department in meeting of the ICR/EDCN changes. To verify and ensure that all effectivity dates, revision status, purging activity, disposition and action activity of ICR/EDCN proper close accordingly to the procedure.
  • Monitoring of ICR/EDCN flow progress in order to fulfil target schedule and customer requirement.
  • Ensure availability and reliability of order file such as technical document, specification, BOM etc
  • Conduct training effectiveness evaluation for subordinates who attended training course
  • Maintain good housekeeping and 5's
  • Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures and shop floor rules
  • Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior / Department Head

    • Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior Non-Executives specializing in Engineering – Mechanical/Mechatronic engineering or equivalent
  • Computer literate including design software and programming
