    ABOUT THIS ROLE
    The incumbent who assumes this position has tremendous opportunity to be fast tracked towards a Recruitment Consultant position We welcome fresh grads, and/or experienced sales individuals, with excellent researching skills to apply for this position. The key responsibilities is to aid team assigned in generating revenue through the following activities:
    • Sourcing for potential candidates for the given job assignment.
    • Pre-screen candidates to qualify their experience and skills
    • Pitch qualified candidate profiles to assigned consultants.
    • Follow-up candidate interests as required.
    • Assist in producing revenue by completing the assignments
    Other responsibilities include:
    • Actively promote yourself and the MVC business to candidates
    • Continually seek to build expertise and specialization in the chosen market
    • Execute research/sourcing strategies through strong understanding of the market talent
    • Ad hoc projects as required by your Superior

    Requirements

    • Prefer an immediate starter
    • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply (preferably candidates with internship/part-time exposure to 180 recruitment)
    • Tertiary qualifications within related discipline
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites
    • Advanced administrative and research skills
    • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
    • Ability to deliver timely solutions
    • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and delegate duties where appropriate
    • Ability to carry out duties autonomously, with little direct supervision
