- Be involved in regular meetings with clients to review service performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Technical account manager to understand clients' specific needs, requirements, and expectations.
- Be trained to monitor client systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or disruptions before they impact client operations.
- Implement and maintain monitoring tools, processes, and procedures to support managed service offerings.
- Be guided to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients experiencing issues with managed services.
- Coordinate with internal teams or vendors to figure out and resolve complex technical issues and challenges.
- Document and track client issues, resolutions, and recommendations for future improvements
- Generate regular performance reports, metrics, and KPIs related to managed services delivery.
- Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and enhancement.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in managed services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new tools, processes, and solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in training, workshops, and professional development activities to expand knowledge and skills.
- Entry-level, 3rd/4th-year students or fresher to 6 months experience
- IT major, and security is advantage
- Own basic knowledge of core IT principles and background
- Fast learning and good command of English (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience is a plus
- Malaysia nationality only.
