    Description

  • Oversee and ensure the implementation of the strategy and business plans at property levels includes asset enhancement initiatives within the portfolio are executed diligently and within stipulated financial measures;
  • Work closely with Centre Manager and General Managers to provide financial leadership for overseeing of property business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals;
  • Set key strategies including target positioning, tenancy mix for a portfolio of assets and to achieve financial targets;
  • Develop and maintain financial and asset models to analyze the overall performance and efficiency at property level as well as preparing asset reports and analysis on the properties and identifying opportunities for improved performance;
  • Work with the property management team to identify key issues and come up with strategies to address key challenges and to build the business;
  • Work closely with property management team to ensure that the property remain investment grade.
  • Ensure necessary and approvals are prepared and in compliance with the regulatory compliances, internal corporate governance and FAL requirements (before they support or sign off);
  • Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate acquisition targets and optimize returns from assets;
  • Liaison with related stakeholders.
  • Perform any other duties, which may be assigned/directed by the line of report from time to time.
