    About the role

    Key responsibilities

  • Coaches and lead team to resolve service issues with appropriate escalation within Tiers covering core area such as compensation & benefits ops, talent acquisition, employee relations, time & attendance, payroll and learning
  • Escalation point for Customer Service and SMEs, advises on complex and sensitive cases where required, ensuring stakeholders and customers are kept informed of the status of their issue
  • Partners with external HR service providers across different markets, and other groups within the HR Service Delivery Model to ensure processes are optimized to deliver excellent service to customers
  • Accountable for driving continuous improvement/effectiveness of team to ensure performance of HR service across APAC Delivery Centre and partnering performance & change to put interventions in place
  • Drives performance and metrics of the APAC Delivery Centre to key stakeholders
  • Own Tier 0 content for local processes and policy within region with support from Effectiveness team to standardize / simplify to optimize service delivery
  • Contracts with HRBPs/HRBLs to mobilize team to support project or high-volume activities and ensures effective prioritization of work and communication appropriately
  • Supports any local/regional audits in partnership with Risk Management
  • Engagement with HR community and business to ensure aligned understanding of service delivery model, ways of working and ongoing expectation management
  • Qualifications and skills

    Essential

  • Ideal candidates will have experience with HR Transformation type of Enterprise program and has prior experience in Captive HR Shared Services and/or HR Operations environment, international business and/or multinational exposure preferred. HR team leadership experience and skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability and ability to navigate in a highly matrix organization structure.
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems are desirable but extensive trainings will be provided.
  • Experience with operational excellence through simplification, harmonization, optimization and digitalization.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Preferred

  • Track record of Operational Service Delivery needed. Previous experience of leading and motivating a team required.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving and influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationship
  • Strong change management, coaching, interpersonal and proven stakeholders' management ability
  • Accountability for achievement sets high standards; delivers promised results; makes timely decision with sound judgement; takes initiative and is persistent; accepts responsibility for actions and outcome
