    Description
    We are looking for a motivated, proactive, self-starting, analytical, problem solver to join our fast-paced environment. You will need to be very detail oriented, enjoy interacting with a diverse group of people from stakeholders within Infineon and Suppliers, but also can work well independently and handle your own queue of work. Efficiency Specialist streamline business operations, enhancing productivity and reducing costs. Responsibilities encompass analyzing workflows, implementing optimization strategies, and monitoring performance metrics. You're also playing a key role on audit coordination within Infineon, partnering with different team to ensure audit are properly prepared and conducted. You're leading the communication to the Procurement community on audit related topics.In your new role you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency within the organization
  • Analyze and evaluate existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate & work together with stakeholders to implement changes and improvements.
  • Create presentations to communicate findings and recommendations of automations/improvements.
  • Train and educate stakeholders on new processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop technical automations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and measure the success of efficiency initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to efficiency and process improvement.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to drive long-term efficiency gains.
  • Audit coordinating by scheduling calls with the sites, gathering data from all stakeholders, coordinating slides updates and audit calendar updates.
  • Handling of audit related open topics.
  • You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Engineering, or related field , or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in data analytics field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to implement solutions
  • Proven experience in process improvement and efficiency implementation
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, collecting data, cleaning data, developing calculations, publishing and analyzing results
  • Good command of MS Office – especially Excel (, Macros, Power Query), and data visualization tools. Tableau is a plus.
  • Knowledge of process automation tools and low code applications.
  • Note: 1 year contract under 3rd party payroll vendor and entitled to benefits according to vendor company.
