CAD Designer/Engineer - Kulai, Malaysia - Advancelab Sdn Bhd

Description

• To assist in producing Engineering documents (3D & 2D drawings, technical illustrations, assembly and other related drawings according to specification, user manual, etc.) and ensure they are completed within the required time frames and are up to date;
• Responsible for database maintenance to ensure documents and drawings are up to date and relevant by utilizing drafting resources and software;
• Maintain and organize drawings (library & back up);
• Work closely with engineers / managers to translate their design concepts and calculation into technical drawings and assist in coordinating projects;
• R&D for new products from planning stage to manufacturing;
• To assist in costing preparation by project basis;
• Work towards improving manufacturing process and efficiency;
• Perform quality inspections across critical stages of production and before delivery;
• Must be willing to carry out hands-on tasks and work overtime where required
• To work as a team;

• Candidate must possess at least:-
• Professional Certificate in Engineering in Industrial, Engineering in Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Experience in steel work fabrication or manufacturing environment is a must.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Solid Edge.
• Dynamic and self-motivated with positive attitude and a team player.
