- Define standards that relate to data structures, data flows governance, management, modelling, naming/describing, and delivering capabilities
- Coordinate with the Data Governance and Data Analytics teams to identify needs and requirements and provide operational support for BI & MI teams
- Develop data manipulation workflows for current and future system migrations
- Build robust automations in VBA, Alteryx, or similar
- Manage stakeholder workshops at senior level, including discovery meetings, high level requirement gathering and solution providing
- Work and manage software and other relevant vendors on licensing, implementation, product delivery ensuring CBRE are receiving a valuable and efficient service
- 2-3 years of experience in data analytics
- Experience gathering and analysing system requirements
- Working knowledge of data quality and data cataloging tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency in VBA or Python (or other scripting language)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in data manipulation (Alteryx, Pandas, PySpark, or similar)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar)
