Company Background
We are representing our client a well-established property agency industry based in Kota Damansara (HQ). As the company prepares for expansion, they are looking for a Full Set Accountant (New Position) to manage the complete accounting functions for a group of 6 subsidiary companies.
Position Title: Full Set Accountant (Permenant Position)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and monthly financial reporting for multiple subsidiaries.
- Prepare and submit e-invoices in accordance with LHDN requirements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Manage tax computation, SST submission, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Manage vendor payments, staff claims, and statutory remittances.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for smooth and timely year-end audits.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and internal policies.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience handling full set of accounts, preferably for multiple entities or group companies.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, Autocount, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of e-invoicing, tax laws, SST, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in audit preparation and coordination is essential.
- Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to work efficiently under deadlines and minimal supervision.
