Job Description

As the Brand Innovation Director, you play a crucial role in shaping the brand image, creating novel marketing strategies, and driving consumer engagement for the company's wide array of popular products.

• Develop and implement unique marketing strategies that refresh already well-known brands.
• Identify and develop plans to effectively reach target segments.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across marketing collateral and channels.
• Provide creative direction for advertising, packaging, and other promotional materials; ensuring that the brand's message is communicated effectively through creative assets.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to understand consumer behaviour and adapt brand strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate across departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in senior-level marketing or related roles, managing a wide product portfolio.
• Background in the consumer industry, preferably FMCG.
• Successful track record of brand turnaround campaigns.
• Creative and innovative, with a solid track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to analyse and utilize market trends.
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently, with effective decision-making skills.
