    We are looking for a Sales Analyst who enjoys looking for ways to improve how the team does things, in the most efficient way possible whilst advocating best practices. Besides working on day-to-day sales admin tasks, you will also collaborate with other departments to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the sales journey.

    What you will do:

    • Sales Operation:
      • Manage data quality, reporting and systems such as CRM, messaging platforms & automation software
      • Maintain operating manuals, user guides, sales collaterals and process flows
      • Assist new joiners in products and processes for sales excellence
    • Performance improvement
      • Track and measure sales performance across different channels and funnels
      • Collaborate with various functions to solve operational problems, complaints and queries promptly and satisfactorily
      • Collect sales reps feedback and data to improve financial product features
      • Support project implementation, including user requirements gathering to user acceptance testing and launch as well as on-going reviews
      • Implement processes related to internal audits, quality control, compliance and training

    This role will also:

    • Work directly with the Sales Head / higher management to provide decision support with research, analysis, and synthesis with a focus on streamlining of operations.
    • Prepare presentations and updates for internal & external audiences
    • Plan and facilitate team meetings and planning sessions
    • Promptly communicate (including timely updating) to management on the reporting required (including use of sales tools and platforms)
    • Project management i.e., new product launch, roll out of new functions e.g., fpx payment, adoption of new CRM etc.
    • Manage and execute special / critical projects as designated by leadership
    • Demonstrate strong personal values and a commitment to our mission and values
    • Handle any ad-hoc work, reporting, analysis or projects assigned to you.
