    Job Responsibilities:

    We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Information Technology (IT) Intern to join our team. The IT Intern will support our in-house IT department in providing on-site technical assistance, remote assistance, maintaining computer systems, and configuring hardware and software for the APAC region. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist with the implementation of new technologies, and learn from senior team members.

    Your day-to-day task will be as follows:
    • Resolve service requests and incidents.
    • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
    • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by user.
    • Walk the user through the problem-solving process.
    • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
    • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
    • Update and keep track of knowledgebase, asset list and configuration items.
    • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
    • Follow-up and update user's status and information.
    • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to the appropriate internal team.
    • Install, troubleshoot hardware and other peripherals for users.
    • Identify and suggest possible improvements on process and procedures.
    • Perform other duties or special projects as needed.

    Job Requirements:

    • Students pursuing a Degree in IT.
    • Proficiency in English with excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Confident Team Player.
    • Ability to take on tasks and problem solve and work to completion with a pro-active approach.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ease with building/establishing rapport with an array of people and teams.
    • Professional demeanor, goal-oriented, self-motivated, creative, flexible and adaptable to new situations.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong time management skills.
    • Tech savvy with basic technical working knowledge of Microsoft Tools & Products.
    • Basic Microsoft OS troubleshooting skills across all current versions.
