- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance MUJI'S presence in Malaysia.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (Facebook, Instagram, EDM, Blog, Website, Web Catalog).
- Plan, manage and organise workshops, exhibitions and store opening events.
- Collaborate with teams, advertising agencies and external vendors to create impactful marketing activities and marketing materials.
- Analyse campaign performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on competitors and industry trends.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in retail or consumer goods.
- Proven experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing analytics tools preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
