    Description

    The applicant for this role will be part of supply and trade platform of a global leading oil and gas industry. The main purpose of this role manage settlements transactions and collaborating with major internal and external stakeholders.

    Our client is a global leading Oil and Gas sector, well known to be a market player within the industry. Equipped with its global business service center, the business is highly sophisticated and known to have a flexible working environment. Be part of a client centric team, focusing on driving the initiative to work as a team in meeting both internal and external goals.

    Description

    • Ensuring completion of settlement activities on an accurate and timely manner.
    • Identifying potential gaps or problems and implementing action plan to reduce the gaps.
    • Managing assigned cases of Settlement disputes on a timely manner whilst adhering to the business's settlement policy.
    • Building a strong relationship with key stakeholders as an initiative to maintain customer focus practice.
    • Managing aged debt and daily cash funding.
    • Practising continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to improve process automaton and efficiency.

    Profile

    • At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
    • Proficiency in Japanese language is compulsory.
    • Solid understanding of Account Receivable and Payable settlement process.
    • Experience in Oil and Gas/ Energy sector is an added advantage.
