    The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

    Personal Financial Services

    We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Excess monitoring for treasury products
  • Perform CCRIS reporting to BNM via Star Works
  • Data preparation for MIS, ad-hoc and regulatory reporting e.g. BNM, CCRIS & MAS reports
  • Coordinate and deliver report by working with other supports units where necessary
  • On-going enhancement on working spreadsheets to ensure effective control checks are in place;
  • Reporting system maintenance & UAT validation exercise, as and when required.
  • Perform variance analysis on reporting data
  • Perform reporting and tracking for management overview in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support timely submission of the regulatory returns/reports, and to ensure the reporting requirements/ guidelines are complied with.
  • Carrying out any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time e.g. special projects, UATs, regression testing, etc.
  • Job Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or any other equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years' relevant experience in banking environment, especially in wholesale conventional loan / Islamic financing documentation
  • Preferably with experience in data management and report writing
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to analyse large database using Microsoft Excel; added advantage with knowledge in data management programmes
  • Good analytical, critical reasoning, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with strong focus on attention to detail.
