- To assist the management of team performance.
- To assist the delegation of team workload.
- Represent the company on Labor disputes.
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievance and absence management.
- To assist in assigning cases to the team when needed.
- Second advisor for legal consultant and legal advisor for employment related matters.
- Second reviewer for policies and sop before Main reviewer review.
- To assist in execution of Anti Fraud establishment in Malaysia.
- Second representative for SPRM/MACC.
- Second liaison for interdepartmental cases that involves COD and theft.
- Manage, execute and monitor legal compliance.
- Assist and guide the employer with the performance improvement.
- Review the existing policies, procedures, guidelines and propose changes when needed.
- Must posses a Bachelors Degree in Law.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Prefer 3 years of working experience specializing in Law, Industrial Relation or HR Generalist with working experience in Industrial Relations related field.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act 1967 and current labour law practices.
- Ability to handle Industrial Relations matter relating to employee discipline, domestic inquiries and grievances independently.
- Team player, approachable and possess strong communication.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation & influencing skills.
