- At least a recognized Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
- Finance/Professional qualification such as ACCA/ CIMA/its equivalent.
- Registered with MIA / MIA Membership
- Minimum 3 years related working experience at the Managerial Level, in managing all aspects of financial and accounting functions.
- Dynamic, independent, and possess good managerial and analytical skills.
- Preferred in Construction Accounting, familiar with budgeting & analysis.
- Group Accounts experience is an added advantage.
- Work location: Puchong, Selangor.
- Supervise and coordinate all the accounting functions of the Finance & Accounts Department for the Construction Division to ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
- Manage daily operation funds & cash management, and undertake all administrative duties within set authority limits.
- Ensure timely submission of all accounting and management reports in compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Verify all accounting transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Liaise with auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, financial institutions, and legal advisors on all financial and accounting-related matters.
- Liaise with the parent company and coordinate with Bursa Malaysia and SSM on all issues relating to financial matters of the company.
- Undertake all administrative duties within set authority limits.
- Supervise, monitor, appraise, and train subordinates of the team.
