- Work closely with hiring manager in analyzing the requirement and expectation as well as to identify the best match candidate.
- Plan and execute hiring programs that attract a consistent pipeline of top talents for Berjaya.
- Champion in Berjaya's employer brand in various career fairs and public events.
- Identify talent through various sourcing channels.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Provide support to hiring managers throughout the whole hiring process.
- Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition process.
- 1-2 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role.
- Fresh graduates with great learning attitude and high learning agility are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge and proven track record in handling full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
