    Job Responsibilities

    • Work closely with hiring manager in analyzing the requirement and expectation as well as to identify the best match candidate.
    • Plan and execute hiring programs that attract a consistent pipeline of top talents for Berjaya.
    • Champion in Berjaya's employer brand in various career fairs and public events.
    • Identify talent through various sourcing channels.
    • Assist in employee engagement activities.
    • Provide support to hiring managers throughout the whole hiring process.
    • Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition process.

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role.
    • Fresh graduates with great learning attitude and high learning agility are also encouraged to apply.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge and proven track record in handling full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
