Financial Reporting: Executive, Senior Executive and Assistant Manager

About Our Client

Our client is a conglomerate with investments across multiple industries. Currently, they are looking for Finance Talents to join their team with the opportunity to cover a range of portfolios such as property, logistics, foundations, hospitality and corporate finance.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and analytical reporting excellence by preparing and completing management accounts, group consolidation, statutory financial statements, and various management reports.
• Lead annual external audits, collaborating with auditors on impairment assessments, accounting treatments, and internal controls.
• Review financial reports from investee entities for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage tax computations, review tax returns, and address queries related to corporate, service, and withholding tax matters.
• Develop and present group and entity level budgets and forecasts, including detailed variance analysis.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage operational matters such as working capital, funds, payments, and insurance.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting procedures and operational efficiency.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments, conduct analysis reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to address financial queries.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Preferably a graduate in accounting and finance and a member of a recognized professional body such as, ACCA, MICPA, ICAEW, etc.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and group consolidation is essential.
• Audit experience is a definite advantage.
• Required a strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• Vibrant, diligent, result-oriented, quick learner, and hands-on approach are desirable traits.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and added value experience with SAP or CODA.
