In your new role you will:

• Perform time study and validate current work flow structure by resources and module.
• Responsible to collect and complete data collection in timely manner.
• Human Resource Planning has to be a systems approach and is carried out in a set procedure.
• Responsible to validate and align with module on time study.
• Interact and communicate effectively with people at all level.
• Prioritize few activities and make effective decisions in a high stress manufacturing workplace, using known problem solving.
• Always realize the importance of manpower management which ultimately helps in the stability of a concern.

• Fresh graduate with IT back group
• Good leadership and communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of personnel, and matured personality.
• Strong diagnostic & problem-solving skill and decision making.
• Increasing ability to identify and resolves problems.
